Sustaining Your Positive Prevention Outcomes

Sustaining positive prevention outcomes and the processes used to reach them takes planning. This day-long, in-person training offers participants a unique opportunity to engage first-hand in a comprehensive sustainability planning process. Participants will learn the rationale for sustaining prevention processes and outcomes, the core components of sustainability planning, and receive tools and resources to create their own sustainability plan.
