Virtual Facilitation for Caring, Connected and Interactive Remote Meetings

The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged non-profit organizations to adapt swiftly to enormous shifts and uncertainty inside and outside of their work. With increased stress among colleagues, impacted work plans, and the need to move communication onto virtual platforms, the learning curve is nonstop.

In this 1.5-hour training “Virtual Facilitation for Caring, Connected, Interactive Remote Meetings,” we will discuss and demonstrate tools we’ve learned for building virtual meeting space that cultivates connection and grounded intention.

NOTE: This training is designed for those already with a basic understanding of the Zoom platform who want to make their meetings more dynamic, interactive, and supportive. If you are entirely new to participating in meetings online, this training might not be for you.

Desired Outcomes:

  • A shared understanding of basic functions of the Zoom platform.
  • A demonstration of how to integrate shared docs into virtual meetings to increase collaboration and participation.
  • A shared experience of connection and relationship via virtual space.
