Apply today to participate in Cohort 3 of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) held on October 3rd, 2019! The LDP will focus on key leadership skills using a range of learning methods designed that will increase your effectiveness immediately. 

The goal of the LDP is to address the on-going need for effective individual leadership skill development and increasing the addiction profession’s leadership capacity. This program is open to individuals across the spectrum of addiction services, including prevention.

This increased need for effective leadership is of particular importance as the profession faces the opioid crisis, a changing behavioral healthcare landscape, and the impending retirement of many “baby boom” generation leaders. The program will provide a learning experience that will ‘accelerate’ leadership development to complement work experience.
