Last call to complete the survey. Help elevate the work of Substance Use Prevention as a profession and field, in the State of Vermont.

Do you work in substance use prevention or a sector that may, indirectly, provide substance use prevention services?

There is an initiative within the Prevention Coalition community in the State of Vermont to elevate the work of Substance Use Prevention as a profession and a field. To inform this work, a baseline assessment is being conducted and your input is needed.

The intention of this survey is to gain insight into the various roles, responsibilities, and growth opportunities for professionals and their organizations related to the field of prevention. These results will be shared with the State of Vermont Leadership and interested stakeholders and be used to drive intentional programming to elevate prevention as a field and profession. This survey also aims to target professionals in Vermont and its’ bordering states (MA, NH & NY) in an effort to compare prevention systems.

Please note that the final page of the survey asks that you upload job descriptions and an organizational chart if you are willing. These documents will remain confidential and analysis of the documents will exclude all identifying information.

You will have four weeks from April 6, 2020 to click the link and take the survey. The survey will close May 4, 2020. If you have questions or concerns regarding the survey, please feel free to contact Lindsay McFarren ([email protected]).
