Elizabeth Hume, Training and Technical Assistance Project Manager
Elizabeth is the training and technical assistance (T/TA) project manager for the South Southwest Prevention Technology Transfer Center (SSW PTTC). An administrative professional with over 20 years of experience, Ms. Hume works with state, tribal, and federal clients to deliver the center’s services while coordinating its daily operations. Her work is crucial to providing high-impact T/TA services to the prevention workforce, emerging prevention professionals, organizations, and community prevention stakeholders.
With a broad career in higher education, Ms. Hume brings substantial experience in financial accounting and compliance to the center with technical expertise in business software and platforms. She ensures timely reporting on state and federal grants and contracts while coordinating the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events. Ms. Hume initiates and monitors the center’s various contracts with consultants, organizations, and corporations, as well as maintaining the efficiency of the center’s invoicing and reimbursements, employee onboarding, payroll, and all essential financial activities.
Ms. Hume has an MBA from Mid-American Christian University and a BA in fine arts from the University of Oklahoma.
