This program serves to strengthen the research and development skills of six New England preventionists who have been in the field for at least five years. This program is meant to be a new layer of professional development to professionals who have the experience of working in the field, and also to provide new resources to the field at large around a priority subject area. In 2021, our priority subject area was Diversity and Intentional Inclusion in Prevention in New England. Six distinct products came from this term, including two from Fellows in RI. During the presentation, I would discuss the program, talk about the six products that were created and how to use them, and discuss the 2022 term which will be available for applications around the priority subject area of the changing cannabis landscape with an emphasis on the prevention domains.

  • Learn about and understand how to use the six Fellowship products made in 2021
  • Understand the Research and Design Fellowship program and how it benefits the Fellows as well as the field at large.
  • Learn how to apply for the 2022 term
