Session 1: Effective Implementation

Peer-Sharing Opportunities for PFS Grantees

Session 1: Effective Implementation

The first of our peer-sharing sessions will focus on the 5 keys to effective implementation with an opportunity for participants to be heard and to share their own successes and challenges. Facilitated discussion will stem from participant-generated discussion and will also include how to make mid-course corrections and address continual leadership and capacity needs.

During this peer sharing session participants will:

  • Learn/refresh their knowledge of the 5 key tasks for implementation.
  • Have an opportunity to brainstorm solutions for implementation challenges.
  • Gather ideas from others’ successes.
