National Recovery Month is a national observance held every September to promote and support new evidence-based treatment and recovery practices, the nation’s strong and proud recovery community, and the dedication of service providers and communities who make recovery in all its forms possible.

2024 National Latino Behavioral Health Conference
The National Latino Behavioral Health Association is hosting the 2024 National Latino Behavioral Health Conference in San Antonio, Texas on August 23rd and 24th, 2024.
The 2024 National Latino Behavioral Health Conference will provide the best and effective interventions and knowledge in Latino behavioral health including Community Defined Evidence Practices, Evidence Based Practices, promising approaches and traditional healing practices to expand and strengthen the tool box of methods, programs, and practices serving Latino communities across the U.S.

Recovery Day 2024
Utah’s recovery community will join in celebrating National Recovery Month by highlighting four dimensions that support a life in recovery from substance use disorders: health, home, community, and purpose. Recovery Day celebration supports and empowers individuals in recovery and recognizes the contributions of family members, service providers, and allies who come together to raise awareness that together we can recover from addiction by creating hope, healing, and health through many pathways.
Salt Lake City's Recovery Day event will be held on September 14th from 2 PM to 8 PM at Jordan Park. The day includes sponsor and vendor exhibits, speakers, live music, food trucks, and an area with fun activities for kids! This nationally awarded event is free and open to the public.
