SAMHSA is revising its approach to collecting data from grantees.

The proposed new client-level performance tool will involve streamlining as well as incorporating select new measures/questions into a multi-component client-level tool. Particularly, SAMHSA’s Core Outcomes of Recovery (SCOR) Scale, which constitutes 13 recovery-oriented measures that align with SAMHSA’s approach to recovery, has been added to the tool. This new, streamlined client-level performance tool will reduce client and grantee reporting burden and enhance consistency of the collected performance data.

You can view the revised client level tool including the proposed recovery scale.
