AdCare Educational Institute of Maine, Inc. offers high-quality trainings, educational events, and program management services. AdCare's mission is to advance awareness, knowledge, and skills in the prevention, intervention, and treatment of substance use disorders, behavioral health, and other public health issues.

AdCare Maine holds the New England PTTC Cooperative Agreement with SAMHSA and provides overall administration and coordination of the New England Prevention Technology Transfer Center

Co-Occurring Collaborative Serving Maine (CCSME) has been at the forefront of creating new models of integrated mental health and substance abuse services in Maine. As a leader in systems change, CCSME conducts trainings on evidence-based practices and consensus practice models for integrated prevention, intervention and treatment.

CCSME develops and implements the New England Prevention Technology Transfer Center's Distance Learning services.  This includes live webinars, recorded webinars, self-paced learning opportunities, and on-line learning communities.  

Public Consulting Group Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, PCG helps primarily public sector health, education, and human services organizations make measurable improvements to their performance and processes.

Public Consulting Group provides evaluation services to the New England Prevention Technology Transfer Center.  This includes conducting all needs assessment activities and the evaluation of New England PTTC services.
