Prevention Works! VT invites you to a webinar featuring the New England Prevention Technology Transfer Center (PTTC) staff and consultants to learn how the region has conducted and utilized a workforce needs assessment and biennial workforce surveys and interviews to stay in tune with emerging substance trends, gaps in professional development resources, changes in learning styles and preferences, and challenges to workforce retention. Trends and findings from the most recent regional workforce survey in Spring 2023 will be shared. Discussion on how the region has been able to leverage the data to identify regional topics of focus and develop training and technical assistance plans, how workforce and resource needs have evolved, how to engage participants in a discussion about their challenges, and how to make an impact on retention in the future will be addressed.
