Peer-Sharing Opportunities for PFS Grantees
Session 2: Prevention Leadership and Project Management
In this second session, we will explore tools and strategies for giving more ownership of tasks and strategies to community/coalition members in a way that encourages follow-through. We will also look at tools for project management including creating time for important tasks that often fall to the bottom of your to-do list (such as sustainability planning and continual capacity building). This session will include ample time for peer sharing from participants around successes and challenges with prevention leadership and project management.
During this peer sharing session participants will:
- Explore resources and tools for prevention leadership and project management.
- Have an opportunity to brainstorm solutions for project management challenges.
- Gather ideas from others’ successes.
