NIATx Change Leader Academy for Prevention Practitioners

The NIATx Change Leader Academy (CLA) for Prevention Practitioners is a highly interactive 4-part training series that teaches individuals how to facilitate change using the tools and philosophies of continuous process improvement. The CLA includes four weekly, 2-hour Zoom sessions where participants will learn about and practice using the tools of continuous process improvement in small group activities. The CLA requires participation in all four sessions and the completion of weekly reading and prep work. Participants will leave the CLA with the skills and tools necessary to put continuous process improvement into action in their daily work.
