The terms cultural humility and cultural competency are often used inter-changeably when in fact, they are very different. This webinar will set a solid foundation for understanding the difference between cultural competency and cultural humility. We will also dig deep into the application of cultural humility for prevention practitioners in their day-to-day work. 

 

Audience

Community, tribal, jurisdiction, and state-level prevention practitioners and allied health partners and community members located in the Pacific Southwest states and jurisdictions of American Samoa, Arizona, California, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Nevada, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
