This partnership supports the development and delivery of prevention trainings and technical assistance products, tools, and resources, participate in PTTC Network activities, and help convene and facilitate meetings with state prevention offices and other stakeholders.
The LGBT Health Resource Center at Chase Brexton Health Care provides LGBTQ individuals and their families with welcoming access to expert health information and resources that will enhance wellness and quality of life, with 5 locations through the state of Maryland.
This partnership aims to enhance specialized prevention expertise for this high-risk population, improve the availability of culturally appropriate services and resources, and ultimately improve quality in the systems of care.
The University of Maryland School of Public Health Office of Planning and Evaluation has extensive experience and expertise in rigorous research and evaluation programs. These include evaluations of current ATTC training programs that involve the use of innovative technologies that reach people and programs in underserved communities.
The Office of Planning and Evaluation works with The Danya Institute, and additional stakeholders, through the PTTC to manage the internal evaluation process. This includes assisting The Institute in complying with and completing required assessments for the Government Performance Results Act (GRPA), as well as a comprehensive local assessment that documents the impact of training and technical assistance on participating organizations and stakeholders throughout the region.
Collaboration with the following Advisory Board Member Organizations serves several purposes. It ensures that the Central East PTTC meets the needs of the behavioral health workforce in the region, provides assistance to the Central East PTTC in the development and regular update of trainings and technical assistance strategies and approaches for the region, and aids in the Central East PTTC's efforts to enhance the data collection on the behavioral health workforce.
The Delaware Health and Social Services Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is responsible for coordinating and ensuring delivery of high-quality substance use disorder (SUD) services throughout the state of Delaware.
The District of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is responsible for coordinating and ensuring delivery of high-quality behavioral health services and supports throughout the District of Columbia.
The Maryland Department of Health Behavioral Health Administration is responsible for coordinating and ensuring delivery of high-quality substance use disorder (SUD) services throughout the state of Maryland.
The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) Office of Behavioral Health Wellness (OBHW) is responsible for coordinating and ensuring delivery of high-quality substance use disorder (SUD) prevention services throughout the state of Virginia.
The National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors, Inc. (NASADAD) is responsible for coordinating and ensuring delivery of high-quality substance use disorder (SUD) services throughout Region 3, and the entire nation.
The Washington/Baltimore High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) is responsible for coordinating and ensuring delivery of high-quality substance use disorder (SUD) services throughout the states of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
The West Virginia Department of Health And Human Resources Bureau of Behavioral Health & Health Facilities is responsible for the funding of high-quality substance use disorder (SUD) services throughout the state of West Virginia.
