Invited by SAMHSA Region 8 Regional Administrator to attend virtual meeting to discuss the Mountain West AIDS Education Center (MWAETC) needs assessment conducted June 2020, on providers’ perceptions of the impact of COVID on program operations, staff, and clients, and their training and technical assistance needs.  Data collected speaks to provider perceptions of their own stress, as they are at risk for mental health and substance use issues themselves, their perceptions of COVID impact on their patients, and their COVID-related training priorities. We would like an opportunity to gather partners across HHS Regions 8 and 10 to discuss the MWAETC survey, have a discussion about AETC and TTC resources, the role of federal agencies, and action items.
