Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Master Training of Trainers

On October 7-8, 2019 the South-Southwest Prevention Technology Transfer Center (SSW PTTC) will be hosting a face to face training of master trainers in Norman, OK with Dr. Robert Anda and Laura Porter of ACE Interface. The ACE Interface Train the Master Trainer Program is designed to support the rapid dissemination of Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) and resilience science and to promote understanding and application of the research to improve health and wellbeing across the lifespan.  This event will prepare master trainers to return to their states and communities to deliver training and to conduct ToTs to create additional presenters. Master trainers and presenters are supplied with licensed materials that include a flexible script and PowerPoint presentation that will allow them to provide a variety of community-level ACE training ranging from a short 90-minute workshop to more in-depth day-long training.

Master trainers will receive ongoing support for effectively implementing a system-wide ACE education campaign through a regional learning community.
