The training will be delivered virtually over three (3) days, using two-hour sessions, for a total of six (6) hours. Participants must attend all three sessions.

The training will provide an overview of the community readiness assessment tool as well as will offer participants with hands-on, application-focused opportunities to explore how to conduct the assessment process.

Additionally, participants will be provided with real-world guidance on implementing the assessment process – from setting up the interviews, preparing the interview questions, scoring the interviews and the overall assessment.

Furthermore, participants will participate in activities to practice their skills with the trainer. The training will feature interactive components, including large and small group discussions, polls, and breakout room activities to allow participants to apply the knowledge conveyed to develop their own understanding of the community readiness assessment process.
