Arkansas Department of Human Services Grants Manager
Joycelyn Pettus received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock . She currently serves the State of Arkansas as the Partnerships for Success Director, an enrichment program designed to address one of the nation’s top substance abuse priorities underage drinking for ages 9 - 20. An advocate for community involvement, she plays an integral part in statewide prevention services.
