Opioid Response Network Region 6 Regional Coordinator/Project Manager
Victoria studied non-profit and public administration in both undergrad and graduate school; over the years, she has worked within various non-profits, economic development entities, and higher education. Currently, Victoria manages Region 6 for the Opioid Response Network, focused on providing evidence-based technical assistance for the prevention, recovery, and/or treatment of opioid and stimulant use in communities.
Victoria serves the Tulsa community as a Board member and Program Committee Chair for Resonance Center for Women, a nonprofit focused on changing the lives of women affected by incarceration and addiction. She is also a member of the Junior League of Tulsa, a nonprofit focused on leadership and voluntarism training for women.
