Presenter:
Erin Ficker currently serves as the Prevention Manager for the Great Lakes PTTC. For more than 12 years, she has worked in substance misuse prevention supporting communities to use evidence based strategies and data driven process in prevention planning and implementation. She works with community level prevention practitioners and schools in the development, implementation, and evaluation of prevention interventions.
Ms. Ficker is a highly skilled trainer and training developer. She has developed and trained curricula for prevention practitioners focusing on strategic planning, program evaluation, implementation best practices, sustainability and more. As an evaluator, Ms. Ficker has worked with both schools and community organizations to develop evaluation plans that meet local challenges as well as funding requirements.
